How the ESA+ works

North Carolina's ESA+ runs on ClassWallet and serves students with eligible disabilities, with no income cap. Awards are $9,000 base and $17,000 for certain designated disabilities. The priority window runs February through early March at k12.ncseaa.edu. Tutoring is an eligible expense in math, science, English/language arts, social studies, and foreign language.
